Please be assured that our online payment methods are secure. We do NOT store any of your credit card details on our web server.  All online payments are transmitted over a secure session via 128 bit encryption, the highest level available, using our own SSL certificate. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the industry standard for conducting secure transactions over the Internet. These measures add extra levels of security for you the customer so you can be assured that internationally recognised companies with the highest levels of security are looking after your credit card details.In addition, we do not require payment by credit card. You can also pay by phone or with direct debit, using Paypal.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, usually within minutes. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours,  send an email  to [email protected] before placing another order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If your parcel was sent by USA post, you can track it at www.auspost.com.au using the tracking number sent to you.

Send us a photo of your damaged item and we will contact the manufacturer to endevour to get you a new item. However, we recommend hand washing all your lingerie, and if you really must use the washing machine, please use a lingerie bag and the delicate cycle!

Before shipping your order, you can get a full refund back onto the same method you used to pay for your order. After an item is shipped, you can get a refund but not for any postage costs.
